The venue
SMX Convention Center Bacolod
One of the largest privately-owned convention centres in the country, and the only room in Bacolod that comfortably holds the whole city's church at once. Fully air-conditioned, step-free access throughout, and mall parking directly attached.

- Doors open an hour before the first session on Day 1 for registration.

How do I pay?
Pick your ticket, fill in your details, then pay using any of the methods shown on the payment step and upload a screenshot or photo of your proof of payment. Your slot is recorded straight away and the organizers confirm your payment once they've checked it.
When will I get my ticket?
You'll get an acknowledgement email with your order number as soon as you register. Once the organizers verify your proof of payment, they'll confirm your order and release your ticket.
Can I register a group?
Yes. Set the number of tickets on the ticket step and pay the total in one transaction — the whole group is booked under one order number. Send the names of your delegates to info@idmcbacolod.com so we can prepare their kits.
When will the programme and speakers be announced?
We're finalising both. They'll be published on this page as soon as they're confirmed, and everyone already registered gets an email at the same time — you don't need to keep checking. Registering now secures your slot and your rate either way.
Should I wait for the programme before registering?
You don't have to. Rates go up as the conference gets closer, so registering early is the cheaper option, and your slot is held from the moment your payment is confirmed.
Is lunch included?
Registration covers the sessions and conference materials. Meals are available inside SM City Bacolod, which the venue is attached to.
Can I still come if I miss a session?
Of course. Your ticket covers both days, and you're welcome for as much of it as you can make.
